Swimming
Every child does not develop at the same pace, physically, mentally as well as emotionally. Therefore if each swimmer can just be better than what they were at the previous training session, we are improving and succeeding to develop them to become better individuals. Swimming develops your whole body and can be enjoyed for the rest of your life.
